  The staff had an instant grasp of my situation, very straightforward transaction. Chose the wrong car for journey but it was the only available auto. Cracking explaination of use, he knew his stuff about the car. I was in and out in about 30 mins, managed to make all my commitments - delighted with Enterprise.

  Rating car hire places isnt something id usually consider but the staff at West Boldon were exceptionally professional and helpful throughout insurance courtesy car hire due to an accident. Excellent communication, very friendly and straightforward. Physically couldnt have been better.

  Great experience with Enterprise whilst my car was being repaired. Clean car, exactly what I needed and easy collection and drop off.

  The customer service at pick up and drop off was amazing, the staff fully explained everything I needed to know. They were really helpful and friendly I'll definitely use Enterprise again.

  Brilliant service, had to get a hire car due to car repairs from a car accident. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful, got like for like car while mine was getting repaired. I was able to leave hire car at the place where I picked up my car after it's repaired and enterprise collected the hire car from there. Enterprise were accommodating around me collecting the hire car and I was able to collect it 2days before my car went in to make sure I didn't go without a car.
